Located on West Main Street in the historic Hincheyville neighborhood of Franklin, Tennessee, The Arlington on West Main is a ten-unit condominium building designed to enhance the historic fabric of West Main. From West Main, the building looks and feels like a historic home blending well with the residential scale of the neighborhood. The remaining condominium units are tucked behind in a two-story structure. A sidewalk from West Main provides pedestrian access to the ground floor units and access to the second floor units through private stair and elevator lobbies. A parking garage, partially below-grade, provides secure parking for the residents and guests. The condominiums are two and three bedroom, custom high-end units, ranging from 2,400-4,200 square feet, with modern amenities typically found within custom homes of the area.
