RUBY SUNSHINE

FRANKLIN, TENNESSEE

Tenant buildout for this breakfast and brunch restaurant that anchors the 231 Public Square building in downtown Franklin features barrel wood ceilings accented by bright yellow and red walls. Natural wood tabletops, red metal chairs and colorful signage reflect the Big Easy and fit the New Orleans-based restaurant company’s branding standards. The restaurant has outdoor seating and was the first of many Tennessee locations for the company.
