Our relationship with this financial institution started in 2013 when it was First Tennessee. Since that time, we have completed 10 projects, including four branch bank buildouts or improvements in the greater Nashville area in the last few years. The Music Row branch houses the music industry division and is the most unique. The resimercial design includes comfortable seating in the lobby area, casual meeting spaces, and a fun break room and kitchen. The East Nashville branch bank, destroyed by a 2020 tornado, is more cutting edge design with suspended acoustical baffles on the ceiling, sit/stand kiosks for customer service reps scattered throughout the space, and plug-and-play areas for customers.
