On a beautiful wooded site along the Stones River, this guest house reflects the modern language of the main house. It functions as a pool house, guest suite, and entertaining space within a simple, two-story open plan. Through the incorporation of sustainable materials and concepts, the house received the NAHB Bronze Certification for Green Building.
