CORPORATE AUDITORIUM RENOVATION

NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE

Using a design/build delivery model, this four-month renovation upgraded a 1980 corporate auditorium, including all finishes, mechanical, electrical, and audio/visual equipment.  This collaborative team effort delivered a new look for the auditorium with fewer maintenance demands, technologically advanced lighting and audio/visual systems, and improved acoustic performance. The new design offers greater flexibility for the auditorium functions effectively as classroom but can be changed to a more dramatic environment for presentations or ceremonies.

BIM software was key to the timely execution of the project. Revit modeling was used to expedite the materials and finishes discussion, and kept the client involved throughout the design process.
