621 MAINSTREAM DRIVE

NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE

This 38,000 SF corporate office interior project is situated adjacent to the Cumberland River and offers abundant natural light into the office space. The building is proportionally long and narrow flanked on either end by communal spaces – conference rooms, a breakroom, a fitness center, and a social hub. The central space is dedicated to open workstations with intermittent areas for private offices, small meeting areas, and support rooms. The east end of the space also doubles as a storm shelter, meeting the latest International Code Council 500 mechanical and structural requirements. Artwork, accent walls, and lighting are reflective of the corporate branding, but certain finishes and details are specific to the Mainstream office location.

Parallon and Studio 8 worked in tandem from site selection and schematic design, through the completion of construction. This continuous communication throughout the design process resulted in a cohesive and bright work environment for the end user.
