I am pleased to write this letter of reference for Matthew Taylor. You may be aware that the City of Franklin recently completed and occupied a new Police Headquarters. Matt Taylor was involved in our process from its conception.
During the several years of planning of our facility, I had many occasions to interact with Matt and his staff. We traveled to other venues to study other buildings, were involved in public meetings during the planning process and spend many hours working together.
