714 8TH AVENUE

NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE

Natural daylighting and increased street presence were key to the renovation of this former reprographics business into an architecture studio space.  Storefront windows were added to create a strong rhythm along the exterior wall.  Reclaimed skylights were utilized and new walls were kept low so daylight could penetrate the space.  An open space plan and engaging finishes enhance the collaborative feel of the space to form a creative atmosphere.
